Shipping policy
Order processing takes 2–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will start processing the following Monday. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled as the warehouse processes them immediately.
US Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 States only)
- Free standard shipping for orders $35+ (pre-tax).
- For orders **under $35**: Shipping cost varies by package weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Small beauty packages are typically around $5, this is only an estimate, not guaranteed.
- After shipment, standard delivery normally takes 4–7 business days.
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package ships.
- Alaska & Hawaii are not covered by this shipping policy.
International Shipping
The US website does NOT ship internationally. Please visit their regional sites for Canada, UK and other countries.
Lost / Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait a few days and check your porch, mailbox and surrounding areas first.
Report missing packages within 30 days of purchase with your order number via support@herocosmetics.us. Claims after 30 days will not be accepted.
For wrong or missing items, contact support@herocosmetics.us.
Orders bought on Amazon, Target or other third-party retailers need to contact those platforms instead.
We cannot ship directly to China from herocosmetics.us.
